Pyaz ka Salan
Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) cubes 2 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 small
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
-Tez paat (Bay leaf) 1
-Pyaz (Onion) whole ½ kg (small)
-Red/Green chillies 4-5
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-In chopper,add tomatoes,garlic and onion,grind well & set aside.
-In wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,cinnamon stick,bay leaf and mix.
-Add whole onions and mix well.
-Add red/green chillies and fry onions until golden brown (approx. 10-12 minutes).
-Now add onion+tomato mixture and mix well.
-Add turmeric powder,salt,red chili powder,coriander powder and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander and mix.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
-Chopper mein tamatar,lehsan aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil,zeera,darchini aur tez paat dal ker mix karein.
-Whole pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Red/green chillies dal dein aur pyaz ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein (approx. 10-12 minutes).
-Ab pyaz+tamatar mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haldee powder,namak,lal mirch powder aur dhania powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker mix karein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
