PURSLANE SALAD: WILD, GREEN, HEALTHY, AND DELICIOUS FRESHNESS

FULL RECIPE FOR PURSLANE SALAD

Ingredients

300 g wild summer purslane
2 tomatoes
1 large onion
1 lemon
1 tsp salt

PREPARATION
Pick the fresh ends of the purslane plant
Place in a container and soak in water for 8 to 10 minutes
Then, drain and wash them twice with running water and drain thoroughly
Peel, wash, and thinly slice the onion
Wash the tomatoes

COMBINE THE INGREDIENTS
Mix the salt and the onion slices; then rub the onion slices with the salt
Add the purslane in small portions while continuously rubbing the mixture
Slice the tomatoes over the mixture
Then gently combine all the ingredients
Add olive oil, generously and the juice of one lemon over the salad

SERVING
Puslane Salad is a delicious, light, and healthy summer dish
It is as fulfilling as a light lunch menu and a fresh side dish for dinner; fantastic with meat, fish, and chicken
