INGREDIENTS:
FOR PAKODAS:
1/2 cup gramflour/besan (100gms)
Salt to taste
Pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds/ ajwain
Pinch of soda
1 green chilly finely chopped
1/2 tsp kasoori methi/dry fenugreek leaves/methi
1 onion finely chopped
Some fresh coriander
Water as required
Oil for frying

KADHI:
1 cup yogurt (100-150gms)
3-4 tbsp gramflour/besan
Salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Water as required
1 tbsp oil
2-3 whole dried red chillies
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds/methi
2 tsp garlic ginger grated/crushed
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
2-3 slit green chillies
Fresh coriander
