A perfect meal to start off your day!PROTEIN DOSAIngredients1½ cups Tata Sampan Green Moong½ cup rice1 green chilli2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves½ inch ginger pieceSalt to taste¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)Oil for greasing + for drizzling Method1. Soak Tata Sampann Green Moong and rice separately with sufficient water for 7-8 hours.2. Drain and put the soaked Tata Sampann Green Moon and soaked rice in a blender jar. Break green chillies and add. Add chopped coriander and roughly chop ginger and add. Pour ½ cup water and blend to a smooth paste. Transfer into a large bowl.3. Add salt and asafoetida and mix well.4. Heat a cast iron tawa, grease with oil. Pour a ladle of the batter and spread in a circular motion to make a dosa. Drizzle oil on the sides and cook for 1-2 minutes or till golden brown and crisp. Loosen the sides and roll and transfer on to a serving plate.5.
