INGREDIENTS

3 Potatoes medium, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons Ghee, or Oil
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds, (Jeera)
1 Green Chili Pepper slit into two pieces, (optional)
tablespoon Ginger, minced
1 cup Water
cup Yogurt whisked with cup water, plain
teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
cup Cilantro to garnish
Spices
teaspoon Ground Turmeric, (Haldi powder)
1 teaspoon Coriander powder, (Dhaniya powder)
teaspoon Cayenne or Red Chili powder adjust to taste
teaspoon Garam Masala, (optional)
