So Ill make a short VLOG later.If you like it, please click 'Like' and Subscribe. http://bit.ly/1DnVQs7* Ingredients 3, 1, 500ml, 1, 300ml, , , 1: , , 3 potatoes, 1 large onion, 500ml water, 1 chicken stock cube, 300ml milk, salt & pepper to taste, 1Tbs buttertopping: cheddar, parsley, croutons or bread* Recipe1. , .1. Peel and cut potatoes and slice onion.2. , , .2. In a pan, melt the butter and add and fry onion until golden brown. And then, add potatoes and keep frying.3. , , . 3. Add water and chicken stock and boil. And then, blend using a hand blender. , .If using blender or processor, use it after cooling it slightly. 4. 5 .4. Add milk and simmer about for 5 min. Done!5. , , . ! !5. Serve the bowl and garnish with cheddar parsley. Salt&pepper to taste.
