Given below is the Potato Bhaji recipe:Ingredients:4 boiled and chopped Potatoes4-5 Garlic Cloves1/2 tsp Cumin1/2 tsp Turmeric powder3 Green Chillies1 tsp Mustard seeds1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)3 tbsp OilJuice of 1 LemonChopped Coriander leavesA few Curry leavesSalt to tasteMethod:-- Crush together Green Chillies and Garlic into a coarse paste.-- In a pan, heat Oil and splutter Mustard seeds along with Cumin, Asafoetida and Curry leaves.-- Add the prepared Chilli-Garlic paste.-- Saute till raw smell goes away.-- Add Turmeric powder, Salt and 2 tbsp Water and mix well.-- Garnish with lots of Coriander leaves.-- Enjoy Potato Bhaji along with hot Pooris.Hope you have enjoyed watching this Potato Bhaji video.
