5 oz. pork spare ribs (soft bone cut)
cup jasmine rice
6 cups water
tsp. salt
** condiment for each bowl **
preserved duck egg (slice 6 pc per egg)
few ginger strips
1 Tbs. chopped green onions
1 Tbs. light soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
tsp. white pepper
Note: wash & submerge pork for 1 hour, then drain. Or blanch for 5 minutes (this step is optional)
