Parwal Nu Shaak-A typical Gujarati Vegetable dish

Ingredients:
Parval vegetable 250 g
Mustard seeds 1 ts
Cumin seeds 1 ts
Ginger garlic paste 1 tb
Salt
Hing
Coriander powder 1 tb
Garam masala 1 tb



Directions:
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, add parval vegetable, add salt, hing, turmeric, and sauté this for 1 minute, put the lid on, after cooking in the add coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala, cook for some time, add coriander leaves and switched off the flame.
Serve this with rice, chapattis.
