PODI VEGETABLE UTTAPPAM

Ingredients

2 cups ready-made dosa batter
Gun powder (molaga podi)
Sesame oil for drizzling
1 medium onion, chopped
2 small carrots, grated
1 large tomato, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
1 inch ginger, chopped
4-5 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves
Coconut chutney to serve

Method

1. Heat anon-stick tawa, for one portion, add a ladle of the dosa batter and spread it to make a thick disc.
2. Drizzle a little sesame oil, sprinkle chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped tomato, green chilli chopped, chopped ginger, and sprinkle a little gun powder and chopped coriander.
3. Drizzle a little sesame oil on top. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot with coconut chutney.
