This delicious, versatile flatbread is easy to make from scratch!INGREDIENTS (6 pieces):- all purpose flour (~2.5 cups total)- 1/4 cup heavy cream- 1 tbsp. olive oil- 1 packet yeast- 1 cup warm waterDIRECTIONS:1. combine 1/2 cup of flour and yeast2. add in 1/2 cup of warm water and mix3. add in another 1/2 cup warm water and cover for 30 minutes4. after 30 minutes, add in 1/2 cup flour and start mixing again5. once the flour is combined, add another 1/2 cup of flour6. add another 1/2 cup flour7. add 1/4 cup flour (smaller increments to make sure the dough doesn't get too dry)8. add the last bit of flour: 1/4 cup9. cover the dough and let it rest for an hour10. once the dough has risen, flatten it and could it into 6 pieces11. knead each piece individually, then roll into a flat piece about 6 inches in width12. add a little bit of oil to a pan on medium heat13. cook the flatbread on each side for several minutes14. serve and enjoy!MUSIC: herbal tea by Artificial.Music https://soundcloud.com/artificial-musicCreative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported— CC BY 3.0 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/b...Music promoted by Audio Library https://youtu.be/ChhcjSCEaBc
