Beetroot pasta salad with easy ingredients, elegant looking.
3-4 beetroot preferably 1 big size for serving on even slices
5-6 cucumber pickles
1/2 cup orzo pasta
About 1/2 cup or more plain thick yogurt
3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt to taste
1 tbsp grape vinegar
Chopped dill
