Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pheni 200g
-Ghee 1 tbs
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
-Ghee 1 tbs
-Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) chopped 2 tbs
-Kishmish (Raisins) 1-2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
-Water 1 & Cup
-Sugar Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp
-Kewra water 1 tsp
-Zarda ka color (Orange food color) tsp
-Khoya crumbled
-Mixed nuts sliced

Directions:
-In a bowl,add pheni,crush well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add ghee & let it melt.
-Add green cardamom & mix well.
-Add crushed pheni,mix well & roast on very low flame until fragrant (approx. 5-6 minutes) & set aside for later use.
-In the same frying pan,add ghee & let it melt.
-Add dried coconut,raisins,almonds,pistachios,mix well & fry for 2-3 minutes.
-Add water,sugar,mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved.
-Add cardamom powder,kewra water,orange food color,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add roasted pheni and mix well,cover & simmer on low flame until dries up (6-8 minutes).
-Garnish with khoya,mixed nuts & serve!

Ajza:
-Pheni 200g
-Ghee 1 tbs

-Ghee 1 tbs

-Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs

-Sugar Cup or to taste

-Kewra water 1 tsp
-Zarda ka color (Orange food color) tsp
-Khoya crumbled
-Mixed nuts sliced

-Bowl mein pheni dal ker ache tarhan crush ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Hari elaichi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Crushed pheni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per khushbu aya tak roast ker lein (approx. 5-6 minutes) & bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Us he frying pan mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Sukha nariyal,kishmish,badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Pani aur cheeni dal ker cheeni ghul janay tak ache tarhan mix karein.
-Elaichi powder,kewra water aur zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Roasted pheni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halkia ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
-Khoya aur mixed nuts sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
