Peri Peri Sabudana Tushar

Sabudana vada, also called Sabu vada, is a traditional deep-fried snack from Maharashtra, India. It is often served with spicy green chutney and along with hot chai and is best eaten fresh. In other parts of the country, Sabudana vada is the best option to have when fasting. But here is a twist we are making a filling with hung curd & cheese so you can have it any day anytime.

Ingredients
1 cup Sago (soaked)
2 Potatoes (boiled, peeled & grated)
8-9 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1 inch Ginger (chopped)
4 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp Carom Seeds (crushed)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 cup Peanuts (grated)
3 tbsp Wheat Flour
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Peri Peri Masala
1 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
Oil (as required)
200 gms Hung Curd
100 gms Cheese (grated)
1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
Salt (as per taste)
Oil (as required)
Oil (for deep frying)
2 tbsp Peri Peri Masala
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Mint Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Peri Peri Masala
