Peri Peri Chicken Satay with Roasted Tomato Sauce
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium
-Hara dhania (fresh coriander) 1 Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3-4
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Chicken strips ½ kg
-Chicken powder 1 tbs
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 2 tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Cooking oil

Directions:
-In frying pan,add tomatoes and dry roast from all sides & set aside.
-In grinder,add green coriander,onion,garlic,green chillies,roasted tomatoes,black pepper crushed,salt, cumin seeds and grind well & set aside.
-In bowl,add chicken,chicken powder,paprika powder,black pepper powder,garlic powder,dried oregano and lemon juice,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
-Thread chicken strips into skewers and apply grinded tomato mixture on chicken skewers & reserve half grinded tomato mixture for serving.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry chicken skewers on low flame from all sides until done.
-Serve with grinded tomato mixture.

-Charcoal (Koyla) for smoke

Directions:
-Frying pan mein tamatar dal ker tamam sides sa dry roast ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Grinder mein hara dhania,pyaz,lehsan,hari mirch,roasted tamatar,kali mirch crushed,namak aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein chicken,chicken powder,paprika powder,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,dried oregano aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Chicken strips ko skewers per laga lein aur grinded tomato mixture ko chicken skewers per laga lein aur adhay mixture ko serving kliya save ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur chicken skewers ko halki ancch per tamam sides sa fry ker lein.
-Grinded tomato mixture ka saath serve karein.
