Masala Peanuts Recipe in English

Ingredients:
250 g Peanut
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp Black Salt
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red chili
2 tbsp Chickpea flour
2 tbsp Rice flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1-2 tbsp water
3-4 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp Lemon juice
Directions:
- In a bowl add peanut, chaat masala, black salt, Kashmiri rec chili, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and water.
- Mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Add baisan, rice flour, corn flour and coat it well.
- Keep aside for more 5-8 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan on a medium low flame.
- Fry the peanut for 6-8 minutes.
- Serve with tea or coffee.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10-12 minutes
Serving: 4-5 persons

مصالحہ مونگ پھلی
اجزاء:
مونگ پھلی 250g
چاٹ مصالحہ 1چائے کا چمچ
کالا نمک 1چائے کا چمچ
کشمیری لال مرچ 1کھانے کا چمچ
بیسن 2کھانے کے چمچ
چاول کا آٹا 2کھانے کے چمچ
نمک 1چائے کا چمچ
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ 1چائے کا چمچ
پانی 1-2کھانے کے چمچ
کارن فلور 3-4کھانے کے چمچ
لیموں کا رس 1چائے کا چمچ
ترکیب:
ایک باؤل میں مونگ پھلی، چاٹ مصالحہ، کالا نمک، کشمیری لال مرچ، نمک، ادرک لہسن پیسٹ، پانی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر یں اور 10منٹ کے لئے سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔
اب بیسن، چاول کا آٹا ، کارن فلور ڈال کر کوٹ کر یں اور 5-8منٹ کے لئے سائیڈ پر کھ دیں۔
پھر ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کر کے ہلکی درمیانی آنچ پر 6-8منٹ مونگ پھلی فرائی کر یں۔
چائے یاکافی کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔

پکانے کا وقت: 10-12منٹ
