Ingredients for Egg Mixture:
Boiled eggs 4-5
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Capsicum (chopped) 1/4 cup
Carrot (chopped) 1/4 cup
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Ingredients for boiled potatoes:
Peeled Potatoes 4-5
Water (for boiling) as required
Salt (for boiling) 1/2 tsp / to taste
Ingredients for Assembling:
K&N’s Pastrami Strips (504 g) as required
Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese (grated) as required
Green onion (chopped) as required
Carrot (chopped) as required
Sour cream as required
Egg mixture as required
Boiled potatoes

Directions for Egg Mixture Preparation:
1. In a bowl, add boiled eggs and mash them well. Now add mayonnaise, mustard paste, salt, black pepper, capsicum, carrot, hot sauce and mix well. Your Egg mixture is ready.
Directions for Boiled Potatoes:
2. Peel the potatoes and cut into 2 halves. With the help of scooper, empty it from inside leaving the edges.
3. Bring water to boil in a pot, add salt and hollowed potatoes. Let it boil until the potatoes are 80% cooked. Take out of water and set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
4. Take a boiled hollow potato, wrap K&N’s Pastrami Strips around it. Fill in the egg mixture, add cheese, then egg mixture and cheese again.
5. Transfer to baking tray and bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
6. Add sour cream on top, garnish with green onions and carrot and serve.
7. Your Pastrami Wrapped Potatoes are ready.
