Here's one with a desi sauce which is going to be your next favourite thing!PASTA IN MAKHANI SAUCEIngredients3 cups boiled pasta¼ medium yellow capsicum¼ medium red capsicum¼ medium green capsicum2 tsps olive oil1 tbsp chopped garlic1 tsp chilli flakes3-4 mushrooms, sliced7-8 broccoli florets, boiledSalt to taste½ tsp garam masala powder½ tsp kasoori methi powder1 tbsp honeyParmeasan cheese as requiredFried basil leaves for garnishMakhani Sauce500 grams tomatoes, quartered½ mace blade6-7 garlic cloves5-6 green cardamoms½ cup butter1½ tsps Tata Sampann Chilli PowderMethod1. In a pressure cooker take tomatoes, mace, garlic, green cardamom, butter, Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and 1 cup water, mix well and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.2. Cut mixed capsicums into triangles. Set aside.3. Once the pressure settles down, blend the tomatoes and strain the mixture. Set aside.4. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add garlic, sauté for a minute. Add chilli flakes and mushrooms, sauté for a minute.5. Add the makhani sauce, cook for 1-2 minutes.6. Add capsicum, broccoli, salt, garam masala powder, kasoori methi powder, honey and pasta, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Grate parmeasan cheese, mix well.7.
