Ingredients:
K&N’s Pastrami Strips (cut into pieces) 8 - 10 strips  
Water (for boiling) as required
Salt (for boiling) 1 tsp
Oil (for boiling) 1 tbsp
Garlic (minced) 4 cloves 
Spaghetti (Boiled) 500 g
Milk 2 cups
Parmesan cheese powder 1 ¼ cup
Oil (for cooking) 1 tbsp
Large eggs 3
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp 
K&N’s Pastrami Strips (chopped) as required
Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Grated parmesan cheese (for garnish)
Directions:
Prepare the K&N’s Pastrami Strips as per instructions. Chop half of the Pastrami strips. Set aside.
In a pot, bring water to boil. Add salt, oil and spaghetti to boiling water and boil until 85% done. Drain spaghetti water, while reserving 1/2 cup for later use. Place boiled spaghetti into an empty bowl and set aside.
In a bowl, add eggs, salt, milk, parmesan cheese and black pepper powder. Whisk until well combined. Your egg mixture is ready.
Now, Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds. Add egg mixture, stir and cook for 3 mins on low flame.
Add spaghetti into the mixture and cook for 2-4 minutes on low flame. Now add pastrami chunks and salt (according to preference) and toss the spaghetti.
Add 1/2 cup hot spaghetti water and mix well.
Take off the flame, add chopped K&N’s Pastrami Strips. Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley and serve hot.

Cooking time: 20 mins
Serving: 5-6
