This is no alcohol mocktail from the 1930 cocktail manual by Harry Craddock The Savoy Cocktail Book.

Parsons Special:
4 Dashes Grenadine.
1 Glass Orange Juice
The Yolk of 1 Egg.
Shake well and strain into a medium size glass.
