PAPAYA RELISH - PLASTIC CHUTNEYIngredients2 cups grated raw papaya cup sugarA small pinch of onion seeds (kalonji)A large pinch of fennel seeds (saunf)A small pinch of red chilli flakesA pinch of saltMethod1. Heat a non-stick pan, add papaya and sugar and mix well. Cook till the mixture turns translucent.2. Add cup water, mix, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or till soft. 3. Add onion seeds, fennel seeds, red chilli flakes, salt and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.4. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool completely.
