★Pantry Salmon Chan Chan Yaki★ easy and healthy Hokkaido dish | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today we are making Chan Chan Yaki.

It's a traditional Hokkaido dish made easy with pantry ingredients.

Great choice for those who gained weight while staying home. Lol.

・3~4 servings
300g cabbage
1 onion
3 tbs canned sweet corn
1 can salmon
1/2 red bell pepper
2 tbs yellow miso
1/2 tbs butter for each serving
black pepper and chopped scallion for the finishing touch
