These savory tofu cakes have a crispy outer layer and are soft and flavorful on the inside!INGREDIENTS:- 200g firm tofu- 2 stalks green onions- 30g all purpose flour- 10g corn starch- 1/2 tsp (~2g) salt- sichuan pepper powder- cooking oilDIRECTIONS:1. chop the green onions (as shown)2. add sichuan pepper powder and salt to the tofu, and mash3. halfway through add in green onions and continue to mash4. add in corn starch and flour5. once you can shape the mixture, divide it into four equal sections6. roll each section into a ball and then flatten into a patty7. add cooking oil to a pan on low heat8. cover your spatula with an even layer of oil as well so it doesn't stick to the patties9. add each patty into the pan and flatten with your spatula10. cook until both sides are golden brown11. serve and enjoy!MUSIC: Calm - Silent Partner https://youtu.be/VHmTuZG5zaw
