This dish not only looks gorgeous but also tastes delectable with just the right mix of spices.Ingredients:For marination:1 cup hung yogurt1 tbsp ginger garlic - crushedsalt to taste1/4 tsp carom seeds1/2 tsp black pepper powder1/2 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp cumin powder1 tsp coriander powder1/2 tsp garam masala2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder1 tsp dry mango powder1 tsp chaat masala1 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp fennel seeds powder1 tsp crushed fenugreek leaves3 tbsp gram flour (besan)2 - 3 tbsp oil for cooking and brushingsome fresh corianderOther ingredients:200 grams paneer cut into big cubes1 big onion cut into cubes1 big capsicum cut into cubes2 tomatoes (seeds removed) cut into cubespinch of food colour (optional)Method:- In a bowl, add the hung yogurt. - Add the ginger garlic paste to it along with salt, carom seeds, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, corinder powder, garam masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, fennel seeds powder, crushed fenugreek leaves, gram flour and some fresh coriander and whisk all the ingredients well. Also add little oil to the marinade.- To this, add the paneer cubes, onion, capsicum and some fresh coriander and gently coat them with the marinade.- Cover it and let it marinate in the refrigerator atleast for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.- Once marinated for enough time, pre heat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for around 10 - 12 minutes. - Using a skewer, skew the paneer pieces and the vegetables alternatively. - Brush a non stick pan with some oil and place the skewers on it and keep flipping them from time to time.- If using an oven, grill them for about 20 - 22 minutes.
