Paneer Lababdar Restaurant Style | Paneer Lababdar Recipe | पनीर लबाबदार रेसिपी | Best Bites | how to make restaurant style paneer lababdar at home.

A popular north indian gravy recipe made with cottage cheese in creamy and rich tomato and onion gravy. it is mainly served with roti or naan for lunch and dinner which can also be extended to jeera rice. the recipe is very similar to paneer butter masala but made in a different way.

Ingredients for Paneer Lababdar :-

Onion - प्याज़ - 1 large
Tomato - टमाटर - 3
Oil - तेल - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1 tsp
Green Cardamom - छोटी इलायची - 2
Cloves - लौंग - 3
Cashews - काजू - 10
Melon Seeds - खरबूजे के बीज - 1 tbsp
Butter - घी - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट - 1 tsp
Dry Fenugreek Leaves - कसूरी मेथी - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - गरम मसाला -1/4 tsp
Degi mirch powder - देगी मिर्च पाउडर - 1.5 tsp
Paneer - पनीर - 50 grams, grated
Salt - नमक - स्वादानुसार
Paneer - पनीर - 200 grams - cubed
Paneer - पनीर - 50 grams grated
Sugar/Honey - चीनी/शहद - 1tsp
Cream - क्रीम - 2 tbsp
