Ingredients:
1 cup paneer (chopped)
Coriander leaves (chopped)
1/2 cup mint leaves (chopped)
1 small onion (finally chopped)
1/2 tsp ginger chiili paste
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Salt
Lemon juice
Paratha / Chapati

Method:
- Mix well paneer, coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion, ginger chiili paste, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice in a bowl
- Take a chapati and place the paneer filling on the side on which ghee is not applied on the chapati
- Roll the chapati and on a heated pan roast the chapati on all sides after brushing some oil or butter
- Serve hot with any dipping sauce of your choice
