Paneer Bread Balls Recipe | Paneer Potato Balls Recipe | Easy And Quick Indian Snacks

Ingredients for paneer bread balls/ paneer potato balls

6 potatoes, boiled and mash well
1 cup - grated paneer
1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
1/4 tsp - salt (or to taste)
2 tbsp - Corn flour
1 cup (100 g) - breadcrumbs
200 ml - oil (to Deep Fried)


Instructions

In a wide bowl, mix all the ingredients together and make a soft dough.

Divide this dough into equal parts and make round balls and roll it over breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a frying pan / kadai. Reduce heat to medium and Deep fry

Fry the balls till golden and crisp on both the sides .Drain and place on kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.

Paneer balls is ready to serve

Serve hot with tomato ketchup/green chutney.
