Paneer - 400 to 500 grams
Curd - 1cup
salt - 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste- 3 tsp or 1tbsp
Red Chilli Powder -1 1/ 2 tsp
kasoori methi 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 3 to 4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Mint- 1 small bunch
Green chillies - 6
Lemon - 1
Oil - 3 tbsp ( as needed )
ghee/butter - 2 to 3 tbsp ( as needed)
Butter - as needed

black cardamom- 1
cloves - 6 to 8
cinnamon - 2 inch stick
star anise - 2
mace - 1
marati moggu - 3
shahi jeera - 1 tsp
bay leafes - 4 to 5
black stone flower - 2 to 3 small pieces
