The ingredients blend together in a medley producing a heavenly taste.PALAK PANEERIngredients2 large bunches spinach (palak), blanched and pureed250 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into ½ inch cubes1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)1-2 green chillies, chopped1 tablespoon chopped garlic¼ teaspoon turmeric powderSalt to taste 1 tablespoon fresh cream + for drizzlingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and when it changes colour, add green chillies and garlic and sauté till garlic turns golden brown. 2. Add turmeric powder and sauté. Add spinach puree, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.3. Add cottage cheese cubes, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon cream and mix well. 4.
