An whole wheat flour Indian flat bread stuffed with a mix of spinach and paneer (Indian cottage cheese)

Ingredients:
Paneer 100 g
Palak 100 g
Butter 2 tb
Salt
Amchur powder 1 ts
Nutmeg powder pinch
Garam masala powder 1 ts
Wheat flour 1 cup
Chilly powder 1 ts
Kasoori methi ½ ts
Garlic chopped 1 ts

Directions:
Take a bowl add chopped garlic, butter, salt, amchur powder, nutmeg powder, garam masala powder, chilly powder, kasoori methi powder, mix this masala and add spinach (blanch it and chop them), paneer mix this and divide them into equal portions.
Wheat flour dough also divide equal portion, help with rolling pin roll the small disk shape and stuff the paneer and palak mixture and seal it and roll them into round shape sheet and place the paratha on the hot griddle and cook with butter on both sides.

Serve this with curd, pickle.
