A healthy morning breakfast with Oats Pancake Chicken Sandwich. #HealthyCookingToYou #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/3hlhiVCOats Pancake Chicken SandwichRecipe in English:Ingredients:Chicken Patty:-Bran bread 1 slice -Doodh (Milk) Low fat Cup-Adrak (Ginger) 2 inch piece -Lehsan (Garlic) 5-6 cloves-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium-Chicken boneless cubes 500g-Pink salt 1 tsp or to taste-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp-Anda (Egg) 1-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs-Lal mirch (Fresh red chilli) chopped 2-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 2 tbs-Olive oil 1 tbs Oats Pancakes:-Instant oats 1 & Cup-Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) 2 tbs-Baking powder 2 tsp-Pink Salt tsp or to taste-Dahi (Yogurt) Cup-Anday (Eggs) 2-Doodh (Milk) low fat Cup or as required-Olive oil 2 tsp Yogurt & Vegetable Sauce:-Dahi (Yogurt) hung 1 Cup-Gajar (Carrots) grated 1 Cup-Kheera (Cucumber) grated & squeezed 1 medium -Pickled jalapenos chopped 2 tbs-Lemon juice 1 tbs-Paprika powder tsp-Pink salt to taste -Iceberg -Tamatar (Tomato) slices -Pickled jalapenos-Black olivesDirections:Chicken Patty:-In a chopper,add bran bread,milk,ginger,garlic,onion,chicken,salt,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,egg & chop until well combined. -Take out in a bowl,add mint leaves,fresh coriander,red chilli,green onion leaves & mix well.-Grease hands with oil,take a mixture (90g) and make patty of equal sizes (makes 8-9 patties).-In frying pan,add olive oil and spread it,place prepared chicken patties,cover & cook on low flame until golden brown (2 minutes each side) & set aside.Oats Pancakes:-In a spice mixer,add instant oats & grind to make fine powder.-Take out in a bowl,add whole wheat flour,baking powder,pink salt & mix well.-Add yogurt,eggs and gradually add milk & whisk well until desired consistency (keep adding milk if mixture gets thicken).-Grease frying pan with olive oil,add cup of prepared batter,cover & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes (makes 8 pancakes).Yogurt & Vegetable Sauce:-In a bowl,add yogurt,carrots,cucumber,pickled jalapenos,lemon juice,paprika powder,pink salt and whisk well.Assembling:-On oats pancake,add iceberg,tomato,chicken patty,yogurt & vegetable sauce and place another pancake on top.-Garnish with pickled jalapenos,black olives & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Directions:Chicken Patty:-Chopper mein bran bread,doodh,adrak,lehsan,pyaz,chicken,namak,zeera,lal mirch crushed,kali mirch powder aur anda dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.-Bowl mein nikal lein aur podina,hara dhania,lal mirch aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture (90g) ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ka patties tayyar ker lein (makes 8-9 patties).-Frying pan mein olive oil dal ker pheela lein,tayyar chicken patties rakh ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak paka lein (2 minutes each side) & side per rakh dein.Oats Pancakes:-Spice mixer instant oats dal dein aur ache tarhan grind ker ka fine powder tayyar ker lein.-Bowl mein nikal lein,chakki ka atta,baking powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Dahi,anday aur thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur desired consistency anay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein (agar mixture thick ho jaye tou mazed doodh shamil ker lein).-Frying pan ko olive oil sa grease karein,1/4 cup tayyar batter dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per dono sides sa 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein (makes 8 pancakes).Yogurt & Vegetable Sauce:-Bowl mein dahi,gajar,kheera,pickled jalapenos,lemon juice,paprika powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Assembling:-Oats pancake per iceberg,tomato,chicken patty,yogyrt & vegetable sauce dal ker pancake rakh dein.-Pickled jalapenos aur black olives sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
