INGREDIENTS FOR THE NIGERIAN FRIED RICE:
4 cups of Basmati rice
3kg of whole chicken
300g of Beef Liver
3 and 1/2 cups of Chicken stock
1 liter of vegetable oil (for frying the chicken and the beef liver).

The Vegetables used:
2 cups of chopped carrots
1 and 1/2 cups of chopped green beans
1 cup of fresh frozen peas
415g of sweetcorn
1 large green bell peppers (diced)
1 large red bell pepper (diced)
2 stalks of scallions
2 cups of chopped onions.

Seasonings:
1 and 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic
1 and 1/2 tbsp of grated ginger
2-3 tbsp of chicken bouillon seasoning powder
2 and 1/2 tbsp of curry powder
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tbsp of dried thyme
1 bay leaf
1 and 1/2 tbsp of white pepper
1 and 1/2 tsp of salt.
