Homework:
1) Find a friend, family member or someone online that you can buddy up with to either do raw vegan together, or just to send them photos of your food and progress to keep you accountable
2) Let those around you know you are serious by telling them not to offer you any cooked foods. It's important that your motives are clear.
3) Join YouFood app if you want to be personally accountable. It's a great app to post your food on. You can even start a journal if you don't have a smart phone. Just find something that you can do every day to show you are accountable to keep you on track.
