New Rules For Vodka - So We Make A 1951 Blue Monday Vodka Cocktail - Cocktails After Dark
Today as we continue our look at the history of cocktails through our collection of old cocktail books; we make the Blue Monday Vodka Cocktail from Ted Saucier's 1951 cocktail book Bottom's Up. This is an easy to make vodka cocktail, that glows a bright blue in the glass.


BLUE MONDAY
jigger vodka
1/4 jigger Cointreau
1 dash blue curaao
Ice
Shake well.
Strain into cocktail glass
