Green Chillis- 5 to 6
Coriander Leaves as needed

Tamarind - 85 g
Salt as needed
Turmeric Powder - 3/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder- 4 tsp
Oil - 4 to 5 tbs
Butter - 2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1 1/4 tsp
Coriander Seeds - 3 tsp
