Navratri ki kadhi,vrat ki kadhi व्रत की कढ़ी Instant upvas ki kadhi, aloo ki kadhi, Farali kadhi | Kapoors Tadka

In this video we will kadhi for Navratri or vrat wali kadhi. व्रत की कढ़ी Instant kadhi for upvas is made from aloo. So we can call this aloo ki kadhi or Farali kadhi. Easy to cook Navratri special recipe of Delicious Vrat ki kadhi which can be eaten during a vrat, eaten during Navratri fast or Ekadshi any other vrat, made with aloo, chestnut or Singhara flour and yogurt. Singhara is a fruits so in Vrat or fasting its flour is used for preparing dishes. It can be eaten raw, boiled and as flour (after drying and grinding). Ingredients
Potatoes - 4 boiled
Curd - 1 cup
Singhare ka atta - 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 Tbsp for Kadi tadka
and some oil for frying aloo Pakora.
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Green chili paste - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp or according to taste
Dry mango powder (amchur) - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin seed powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds (zeera) - 1/2 tsp
Green chili - 1
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Method :

Take a bowl, add boiled potatoes.
Mash potatoes or grate them.
Add ginger paste and green chili paste to it.
Add roasted cumin powder, dry mango powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder and 1 tsp salt.
Add 1-2 drops of oil.
Add 2 Tbsp singhare ka atta to it.
Mix all ingredients well and make a batter
Divide this batter into two equal parts.
Take one part and make small round balls.
Keep oil in pan to heat it.
Deep fry this small potato balls as pakoras for kadi.
Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
Keep aside this fry pakoras.
Take a bowl for kadi mix.
Add curd to it and beat well.
There should be no lumps.
Add 2 Tbsp singhare ka atta.
Beat well again.
Add 1/2 tsp salt and potato masala part which we have kept aside.
Mix well and add 1 cup water.
