Buon appetito!For more delicious recipes check out our channel @CookingwithNapolina Serves: 4Prep Time: 15 minsCook Time: 15 minsIngredients:400g Napolina Spaghetti Pasta1 can Napolina Chopped Tomatoes1 tbsp Napolina Extra Virgin Olive Oil (30ml)4 cloves garlic, minced200g brown onions, finely chopped (1 medium sized onion)15g fresh basil leaves, finely chopped50g parmesan cheese, grated1 tsp sea salt flakes (5g)1 tsp cracked black pepper (5g)Preparations1. In a large saucepan of salted water, boil the spaghetti as per the packet instructions2. In a large frying pan add the olive oil, onions, garlic, half of the basil, salt and pepper and cook for 5 mins on a medium heat until translucent.3. Next add in the Napolina chopped tomatoes and mix together well on a medium heat for a further 5 mins 4. Then add your cooked Napolina spaghetti along with a ladle of pasta water and mix together well ensuring all of the spaghetti is covered with the tomato sauce. 5. Plate up into four bowls and serve with a generous helping of parmesan cheese and a few extra basil leaves and enjoy!
