Nametake なめ茸 (Enoki Mushrooms) a Cooking Japanese recipe

Nametake なめ茸 is a wonderful traditional Japanese recipe with cooked Enoki mushrooms. Enoki mushrooms, or Enokitake, is a mushroom that is well-known for its role in Japanese cuisine. Enoki is a long, thin white mushroom and is a popular ingredient for soups but can be used for salads and other dishes as well.

In this dish we combine enoki mushrooms with a bowl of steamed rice, onsen tamago (egg), and negi (green onion). This combination creates a tasty mixture of flavors and textures. On that works great as a stand alone meal or as a side dish.

I hope you enjoy this traditional Japanese recipe in your home. Thanks for watching!
