Naan recipe | Homemade Tandoori-Style Soft Naan by Cooking with Asifa - CWA

Today in this recipe I am going to teach you How to make Rogni Naan? with step by step tutorial.
Naan is an oven baked flat bread served. Its served with Nehari, Paya, Beef, Mutton, Lamb, Choley & other famous dishes.
Ingredients:
Egg 1
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 5 tbsp
Yeast 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1.5 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Lukewarm water 2 cup
All purpose flour 4 cup

Recipe:

Mix yeast,sugar & salt with 1 cup water & set aside for 5 mins.
Knead flour, yogurt, egg, yeast & oil to form firm dough.
Cover dough in cling film for 45 minutes for dough to swell.
Make dough balls & roll them round.
Prick holes on them with fork.
Apply little water & sesame seeds over your naan.
Preheat your oven for 15 minutes earlier.
Bake Naans for 5 minutes
Apply butter on naan with brush & serve.
