Mutton Ribs
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Adrak paste (Ginger paste) 1 tsp
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Brown sugar ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Tomato ketchup 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tsp
-Hot sauce 1 tsp
-Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
-Mustard paste 1 tsp
-Olive oil 2 tsp
-Mutton Ribs ½ kg

Directions:
-In bowl,add ginger paste,garlic paste,red chili powder,salt,brown sugar,black pepper powder,tomato ketchup,vinegar,hot sauce,worcestershire sauce,mustard paste and olive oil,mix well & set aside.
-In bowl add mutton ribs and prepared marination,mix well and marinate for 3 hours.
-Fold marinated mutton ribs in aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 1 hour.
-Take out from the oven,open aluminum foil and again bake at 180 C for 30 minutes.
-Let it rest for 10 minutes then cut into desired shape.

Ajza:

-Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
-Mustard paste 1 tsp
-Olive oil 2 tsp
-Mutton Ribs ½ kg

Directions:
-Bowl mein adrak paste,lehsan paste,lal mirch powder,namak,brown sugar,kali mirch powder,tomato ketchup,sirka,hot sauce,worcestershire sauce,mustard paste aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein mutton rubs aur prepared marination dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Marinated mutton ribs ko aluminum foil mein fold karein aur preheated oven mein 180 C per 1 hour kliya bake ker lein.
-Oven sa bahir nikal ker aluminum foil ko khool lein aur dubara 180 C per 30 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-10 minutes kliya rest dein phir desired shape mein cut ker lein.
