Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 2 tbs
-Gond (Edible gum) Cup
-Olpers Tarka Desi Ghee 2 tbs
-Kamarkas (Flame of the forest) Cup
-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) 1 Cup
-Pista (Pistachios) Cup
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) Cup
-Akhrot (Walnuts) Cup
-Char maghaz (Melon seeds) 1/3 Cup
-Phool makhanay (Lotus seeds) 2 & Cups (100g)
-Mong Daal (Yellow lentil) 500g
-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 Cup
-Stevia or Low-calorie sweetener 1 tbs
-Fried nuts
-Sugar Cup
-Fried nuts

Directions:
-In a wok,add desi ghee & let it melt.
-Add edible gum,mix well & fry on low flame until it puffs up (keep stirring in between) & set aside.
-In the same wok,add desi ghee & let it melt.
-Add flame of the forest & fry on medium flame for 2-3 minutes then take out in the same bowl.
-In the same wok,add desi ghee & let it melt.
-Add almonds & fry for a minute.
-Add pistachios,cashew nuts,walnuts,melon seeds,mix well & fry for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool then chop well & set aside.
-In the same wok,add lotus seeds & dry roast until crispy (2-3 minutes).
-In a chopper,add roasted lotus seesd,chop well & set aside.
-In a grinder,add yellow lentil,grind to make powder.
-In a wok,add ground yellow lentil & dry roast on medium flame until fragrant (8-10 minutes).
-Add desi ghee,mix well & cook on low flame for 9-10 minutes.
-Add ground lotus seeds,mix well & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add ground nuts,mix well & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Let it cool.
Sugar Free:
-In a jar,add 250g of panjeeri,stevia & mix well.
-Add fried nuts & give it a good mix.
With Sugar:
-In a grinder,add sugar & grind to make powder.
-In remaining panjeeri,add powdered sugar & mix well.
- Add fried nuts & give it a good mix.
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month on the counter & up to 6 months in the refrigerator (yield: 1.5kg).
Suggested Serving:
-Consume 3-4 tbs with any hot beverage in a day.

-Gond dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per fry ker lein (bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein) & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Kamarkas dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein aur us he bowl mein nikal lein.
-Us he karahi mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Badam dal ker ek minute kliya fry ker lein.
-Pitsa,kaju,akhrot aur char maghaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.ache tarhan chop karein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein phool makhanay dal dein aur crispy ho janay tak dry roast ker lein (2-3 minutes).
-Chopper mein roasted makhanay dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Grinder mein mong daal dein aur grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein.
-Karahi mein ground mong daal dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per Khushbu anay tak dry roast ker lein (8-10 minutes).
-Desi ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 9-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ground makhanay dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ground nuts dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Sugar Free:
-Jar mein250g panjeeri aur stevia dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Fried nuts dal ker mix karein.
With Sugar:
-Grinder mein cheeni aur grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein.
-Remaining panjeeri mein powdered cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Fried nuts dal ker mix karein.
-Airtight container mein dal ker 1 month kliya store ker saktay han (on counter) & 6 months kliya refrigerate mein store ker saktay han (yield: 1.5kg).
Suggested Serving:
-Din mein 3-4 tbs kissi bhi hot beverage ka saath lein.
