Ingredients
1 bunch Takla Leaves / Cassia Tora ( cleaned and soaked in salt water)
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
12-15 Curry Leaves
5-6 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
1-inch Ginger (crushed)
Add chopped Takla Leaves
2 tbsp Water
4 Green Chillies (slit)
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
500 ml Buttermilk
Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp Sugar
Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Chickpea Flour
2 tbsp Water
