Mix Veg Sabzi
In this recipe we make mix veg in restaurant style.In this recipe we use different kind of vegetables.
Ingredients:
Potato
Carrot
Cauliflower
Beans
Arbi
Okra(bhindi)
capsicum
Onion paste
Tomato paste
Salt
Red pepper powder
Turmeric powder(haldi)
Garam masala
Coriander powder(dhania powder)

Method:
1. Heat oil in apan or wok and adad potato and fry it till it starts changing its colour.
2. Add carrots and fry them for 1 minute.
3. Add beans and again fry them for 1 minute
4. Add arbi and fry it for 1 minute and then add cauliflower and add okraor bhindi and fry it for 1-2 minute.
5. Add capsicum and fry it for 1 minute and then turn off the flame
6. Add cubes of cottage cheese(paneer) and after that remove them in bowl.
7. Heat the oil in apan add cumin seeds and add onion paste and ry it till golden brown
8. Add tomato paste and cook it till it leaves oil from sides.
9. Add salt, red pepper powder,garam masala, coriander(dhania) powder,and turmeric powder(haldi) and mix it well .
10. Add cream and then fried vegetables and mix it well and cover the lid and cook it for 2 minutes .
11. Our mix veg is ready.
