ingredients:
Split Chickpeas 1/4 Cup
Split Mung Lentil 1/4 cup
Split Pigeon Peas 1/4 cup
Split Pink Lentil 1/4 cup
Spilt Urad Lentil 1/4 cup
Water 3 Glasses
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks 2

For Tadka:

Oil 2-3 tbsp
Dry Red chili 2
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garlic Chopped 2 tbsp
Oinins 2 Chopped
Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
Tomatoes Chopped 2-3
Red Chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
