List of ingredients Required to delicious mix Daal Makhni

Cooking Dal

1. Mix Dal - 1 Cup (Urad Dal, Beans Rahar dal, Chickpea lentil, Red Lentil.)
2. Salt – 1/2 Tablespoon
3. Turmeric Power – 1/2 Tablespoon
4. Water – 3 Cups

Tadaka

1. Deshi Ghee - 3 Tablespoon
2. Dry Red Chilli - 2
3. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
4. Asafoetida –1/2 Teaspoon
5. Chopped Onion - 2
6. Garlic & Green Chilli Paste - 2 Tablespoon
7. Chopped Tomato - 1
8. Chopped Ginger - 1 Tablespoon
9. Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tablespoon
10. Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tablespoon
11. Turmeric Power – 1/4 Tablespoon
12. Salt - 1/2 Tablespoon (According to Taste)
13. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tablespoon
14. Cream – 6 Tablespoon
15. Kasuri Methi – 1 Pinch

Method - In a pressure cooker add mix dal, salt, turmeric power and water & keep it for 4-5 whistles. - In a pan add ghee and onions and cook it until the onions turn brown. - Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, salt, red chili powder, and coriander leaves. - Check if the dal is cooked and add it to the tadka and cook it for 7-8 minutes. - In other pan add butter, red chili powder and pour it over dal and add coriander and fresh cream. Mix Dal Makhani is ready to be served!
