Ingredients of Mexican Samosa

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chopped onion - 3 tbsp
Chopped carrot - 3 tbsp
Green capsicum - 3 tbsp
Red capsicum - 3 tbsp
Boiled corn - 3 tbsp
Mexican seasoning - 1 tsp
Red chili flakes - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Oregano - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Red chili sauce - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Grated cheese cube - 1 cube
For Samosa
Maida - 1 cup
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Water- as needed
For Mexican Sauce
Oil - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Red chili sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Red chili flakes - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Mexican seasoning - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Honey - 1 tbsp
Chopped onion - 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
Water - as needed
