How to make Methi Pakoda at home in a simple way, a perfect recipe for this rainy season, fritters made from freesh fenugreek,leaves and gram flour, deep fried in oil..

Ingredients
Methi - 1 cup
Gram flour (besan) - 1/2 cup
Onion sliced - 2 nos large
Coriander chopped - 2 tbsp
Green chilli paste - 1/2 tbsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Water - as required
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying

Method:-
1)Add chopped methi in a bowl add all dry ingredients and chopped coriander , add green chilli paste and sliced onion and mix well by adding water gradually
2) Heat oil in kadhai now one by one put small portion of batter in hot oil and fry till golden brown
Remove on a absorbent paper sprinkle some chaat Masala and red chilli powder and serve hot
