Ghee1-2 Bay leaves1 tsp. Cumin Seeds1 tbsp. Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli crushed 1 cup boiled Onion paste1 tbsp. Roasted Gram Flour1 cup boiled Cashew nut Paste2 cup Water1 tbsp. Garam Masala Powder1 tsp. Sugar1 cup Fresh creamSalt as requiredMethod:-- Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, ginger-garli-green chilli crush and stir for 30-40 seconds.- Add boiled onion paste, roasted gram flour and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.- Add boiled cashew nut paste and cook for a minute on medium flame.- Then add water and mix using a whisk followed by garam masala powder, sugar, boiled green peas and simmer on low flame for 30-40 seconds.- Now add the fenugreek and salt.- Mix well and add fresh cream.Methi Matar Malai is ready to serve!
