Fenugreek leaves (methi)- 200 gm
Boiled green peas- 1 cup (you may use frozen peas)
Cashew - 12 to 15
Onion (chopped)- 2 (medium)
Ginger (chopped)- 2 inch
Garlic cloves - 4 to 6
Fresh cream - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
Dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)- 1/2 tsp(optional)
Cooking oil - 4 tbsp
