Methi Ladoo Recipe In Marathi - मेथीचे लाडू - Healthy Methi Laddu - Archana | Ruchkar Mejwani

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Ghee
1 cup Wheat flour
1 tbsp Fenugreek powder
1 tbsp Garden cress seeds
4 tbsp Dry Dates powder
1/4 cup Cashew nuts & Almonds, chopped
1/4 cup Black Raisins
4 tbsp Cardamom&Nutmeg powder
1/2 cup Caster Sugar
1 cup Edible Gum

Method of preparation:
Heat a pan, add ghee, wheat flour, roast it on medium flame.
Add fenugreek powder, garden cress seeds, dry dates powder, mix them well.
Add cashew nuts, almonds, black raisins, raisin&nutmeg powder, mix well.
Switch off the gas and let the mixture cool down.
Add caster sugar, edible gum and mix well.
Make small rounds of the mixture.
Our Healthy Methi Ladoo is ready.
